JAGS Pupils Poised For Exciting Next Steps Following Excellent A Level Results

Year 13 pupils received impressive A level results today after an unprecedented two years in which each pupil demonstrated great tenacity, dedication and hard work.

Our Year 13 pupils have achieved an outstanding set of A level results this year which reflect their determination and unwavering commitment to learning during their time at JAGS. These hard-earned grades not only continue the school’s tradition of outstanding attainment but also signify so many individual success stories. We are incredibly proud of all that the pupils have accomplished.

Our leavers have always prided themselves on a strong sense of individuality and this is perfectly illustrated by the array of destinations they will now progress on to, with many heading to study at leading universities in the UK and across the globe.

They will head to prestigious Art Colleges, Drama Schools, Gap Year Programmes and Universities to study a variety of courses which range from Medicine to Cancer Sciences, Games Design to Chemical Physics and Architecture to Fine Art.

Whatever their next steps, we know that our Year 13 leavers will bring an added dimension of intellectual curiosity and commitment to their studies.

Mrs Alex Hutchinson, Head of JAGS, said: “I wish each and every pupil receiving their results today the very best of luck in their next steps, whatever that may be. They should be extremely proud of all that they have achieved during their time at JAGS and no doubt have very exciting futures ahead.

“Time and again they have proven themselves to be a truly remarkable year group and today’s results attest to their commitment and effort throughout their time with us.

“The results are also testament to the hard work of our teaching and support staff who showed great creativity and resolve during the pandemic to ensure each pupil had the best possible education during such extraordinary times.

“Finally, I would like to extend my thanks to the pupils’ families who have provided such unwavering support throughout their JAGS journey.”
