We warmly welcome you to visit our school. Our main Open Events take place in September and October. We also offer weekday tours and taster days at both the Junior and Senior School. Please scroll down this page to find the relevant information.

Junior School
Open Morning 2025
Our Open Mornings are a great opportunity to visit JAGS Junior School. Prospective parents are warmly welcome to attend one of our Autumn Term Open Mornings. There will be welcome talks from our Head of Junior School, Ms Victoria Goodson, and our Head of Pre-Prep, Mrs Elizabeth Channon followed by tours of the school. Dates and timings will be confirmed in due course and bookings will open in the Summer Term.

Small Group Tours
During the Summer Term, we will be offering small, mid-week group tours on Wednesday mornings for both the Pre-Prep and the Prep School. Please note that these tours are reserved for those interested in applying for September 2026 entry into Reception or Year 3.

For 7+ tours of the Prep (Greendale Entrance): You can request a place on a mid-week morning tour of the Prep school here. Should you have any questions about mid-week tours of the Prep kindly email Mrs Buffy Handslip at jsadmissions@jags.org.uk

7+ Taster Days
We will be holding three short taster sessions for prospective 7+ (Year 3) applicants this Autumn, to provide them with a taste of what the Junior School at JAGS is like. Attendees will take part in some fun activities, have the opportunity to meet some of the current teachers and will be able to spend some time getting to know the Prep site. Places on these tasters are strictly reserved for those applying for 7+ for September 2026 and whose date of birth falls between September 2018 and August 2019. Booking will open in the Summer Term.
Senior School
Open Mornings 2025
We invite current Year 5 families to join us for our Spring Open Morning from 10.30 am until 12.00 noon on Wednesday 12 March. This will consist of a welcome talk from our Head followed by talks from Year 7 and Year 13 pupils and a student led tour of the school.
