JAGS Head elected future GSA president
Congratulations to JAGS Head Alex Hutchinson who has been elected President of the Girls’ Schools Association for the 2024/25 academic year.
Speaking of the appointment, Mrs Hutchinson said: “I am delighted to let you know that I have been elected as President of the Girls’ Schools Association for the academic year 2024/25. For many years I have been a proud member and supporter of the GSA, so it’s a tremendous privilege to accept this position at the helm.
“At JAGS and the GSA, we know from experience the incredible heights our students scale thanks to a single-sex education which prioritises resilience, inclusion and an independent spirit. Society as a whole benefits from an education which provides the tools for their self-belief to thrive and which nurtures the leaders of tomorrow.
“Each and every student in our JAGS community is part of an environment where there is no limit to their ambition, and 20 years of experience working within the girls’ school sector has only strengthened my passion to help create a world where every girl can lead and flourish.”
