Sports Scholars enjoy educational trip to Advance Sport UK

Some of our JAGS sports scholars had a day full of fitness testing and fun with Advance Sport UK in Guildford this week, pushing themselves and learning about the importance of strength and conditioning in order to progress their athletic development.

Our scholars have been signed up to a training programme app that will allow them to monitor their progress throughout the year and tailor their workouts and training sessions to suit the needs and demands of their individual sports.
