JAGS Pupils Celebrate Their GCSE Results
Following an extraordinary eighteen months, today our Year 11 pupils receive their impressive GCSE results.
Our Year 11 students have continued to work tremendously hard throughout this period, both in and out of school, demonstrating resilience and good humour. We are extremely proud of our students and today they receive the grades that they deserve following two years of commitment and endeavour on their GCSE courses.
Speaking about their results, Head Mrs Alex Hutchinson commented, ‘Our Year 11 pupils are a caring, positive and high-achieving cohort and I am so pleased that they received the grades that reflect this today. I know they will continue to do great things in the Sixth Form and beyond, making the most of all the opportunities available to them. I am very grateful to all members of staff for their continued hard work over this period. They have had to adapt to many changes at short notice and have provided incredible support to our pupils both academically and pastorally.’
We would like to congratulate all our Year 11 pupils and we are looking forward to welcoming them into the Sixth Form in a few weeks’ time.
