Welcome
We are delighted you are considering JAGS for your child’s education.
Established in 1741, JAGS is the oldest independent girls’ school in London. Our founder, James Allen, championed a progressive approach to education that remains at the heart of all we do. Proud of our heritage, we continue to be defined by the forward-thinking, outward-looking ethos that has shaped generations of young women.
Our main Junior School entry points are at 4+ to join us in Reception (Pre-Prep) and 7+ to join us in Year 3 (Prep), although occasional places may become available in other year groups.
