Sports news and results 6.02.12

Congratulations to all girls who competed in the London Schools’ cross country championships at Parliament Hill last week.  The Junior team were missing many of their top runners because of the Surrey Netball tournament, but still ran extremely well and finished in 4th place overall.  The Intermediate team convincingly won the event with all six of the team gaining a place in the top 10 out of more than 80 runners.  Katie Snowden competed in the Senior Girls race and comfortably won, beating some of her main track rivals.

Grace de Rome 8th Isabella Broughton 9th
Seniors: Katie Snowden 1st
