Friday Night Live – jazz night with a twist – and the Holst Hall looked and sounded fantastic, pulsating with the rhythms of jazz through the decades. We probably shouldn’t have, (all right, some of us definitely shouldn’t have) but we were inspired to dance. Thanks to Mr Monks, to all the music staff involved, to the girls in Wonderbrass and everyone whose Jazz Combos left us cheering for more.
