VISIT TO CHRIST’S CHAPEL
The girls in Year One made a very enjoyable and informative visit to Christ’s Chapel on Tuesday morning to support the work that they have been doing in RE with Mrs Saunders this term. Canon Dianna Gwilliams, who comes to speak to the children during our annual Harvest Assembly, talked to the children and showed them the crucifix, the altar and the font; Mrs Saunders even addressed the group from the pulpit. We were very grateful to be able to visit the Chapel this year as St Barnabas Church is closed for repairs. |
