VISIT TO FIRE STATION
The children in Reception had a fun-packed afternoon when they visited Forest Hill Fire Station on Tuesday. They went in the fire engine, sprayed the hose and watched while ‘Red Watch’ moved the fire engine ladder into position. A lady fire-fighter called Ellie answered lots of questions; of particular interest were the fire-fighters’ living quarters. Many thanks to the four parents who accompanied the trip. |
