What a treat. In the middle of a busy term spiralling towards Christmas, Deputy Head Mrs Bicknell encouraged us to stop everything, just to listen. Today’s assembly focussed on the wonderful playing of four Year 7 girls: Imogen Squire (violin), Daniella Wu (1st violin), Rhiannon Dew (cello) and Sophia Macgregor (viola). They might not have been big enough to use full-size instruments, but they were giants in their achievements. Thank you for a beautiful start to the day: Mozart: String Quartet No.4 in C Major, Köchel, 1st and 3rd movements.
