If you want to see how to finish a 400m race, just look at this video  clip of Year 11 katie Snowden, wining 1^st place at the U20s England Championships  in June! Believe me, it doesn’t take long! 16 year old Katie achieved a Personal Best, beating both the defending champion aged 18 and Victoria Oheurugo (sister of Christine) who is currently ranked number 1.

Other highlights in June include winning 1^st place in the 800m in South of England U20s at Crystal Palace. Oh – and the small matter of sitting her GCSEs!
