Friday 19 March 2010: Charity Day at The Pre-Prep

Lots of fun was had by all the children this morning when they took part in a special event held during an extended morning rec to raise money for Karthik, a boy in India, and Febbie, a girl in Malawi, sponsored by the Pre-Prep through the charity ‘Plan’.   The stalls, runs by the staff, included a treasure hunt, a human fruit machine, face painting, mendhi hand painting, badge making, a lucky dip and a drinks café.  We were delighted that members of the Parents’ Association were on hand to sell the wonderful cakes donated by parents both during the event and after school.
