Many congratulations to Y9 Yemisi Sofolarin who, at 13 years old, won a Bronze medal in the U15 discus competition at the English Schools’ Athletics Championships this July! She threw an impressive Personal Best of 33.07 metres.

Since she started group-training at Blackheath and Bromley Harriers, Yemisi has been honing her skills. She is expecting to keep up with fitness and other training there 3 times a week during the winter. Well done Yemisi.
