Theatre Studies pupils in Year 12 and 13 were given the opportunity to be one of the first to experience the exciting new Punchdrunk production last week.  The event took place in the labyrinthine maze of Victorian vaulted tunnels underneath Waterloo Station and offered a hybrid of artistic installation by young artists and immersive theatre.  The collaboration was initiated by Kevin Spacey and the Old Vic and provided a provocative and challenging experience for the boys inspired by Fritz Lang’s ‘Metropolis’, conjuring a dark dreamscape and breaking boundaries of conventional theatre.
