Katie Snowden, Year 10, smashed her own record and ran a new Personal Best of 2 minutes 8 seconds, coming 2nd in the 800m at the Southern Championships at Ashford over half term.

This would have qualified her for the European Youth Championships but at 15 she is too young! Katie will have to be patient and wait until next year. Congratulations to her, and good luck to all our athletes this season.
