When time is so important to us all, and retaining fitness levels; or as a beginner improving your overall fitness levels, these new faculties at JAGS Sports Club are exactly what you need. The Express gym is a gym circuit that gives you a full body workout in only 20 minutes, and the Flexibility and Agility gym, with its state of the art Power Plates, are suitable for that gentle level of exercise or for those of you who have had minor surgery, or a sports injury and need to return to a reasonable level of fitness.
In the recent Department of Health Publication, ”Be active be healthy”, Professor Sir Liam Donaldson Chief Medical Officer said; “Physical activity can help all of us to lead healthier and even happier lives irrespective of age”. Keith Lyons, Sports Club Manager JAGS Sports Club, is delighted that JAGS Sports Club is able to offer a wide range of activities for all ages, and he is looking to establish new sessions later in the year; Health Checks - full body MOT; GP referral scheme; and Cardio rehab sessions. All designed to get the “Nation moving”. Madness? Surely it’s commonsense!
