Dining at JAGS has never looked better

Dining at JAGS has never looked better, thanks to the opening of a new dining facility for the whole school. We can’t wait for the pupils to experience the wonderful space for themselves, with seating for nearly 200 downstairs and a mezzanine for nearly 100, accessed by a sweeping staircase that Fred Astaire would be proud of. Now you can savour in style your chicken curry, spinach and cheese quiche, sausage and tomato pasta, roast pork with all the trimmings, fish and chips or poached haddock in a grape sauce…There is an excellent range of lunches, something for all tastebuds.

But we are not keeping this all to ourselves: whether a member of JAGS or not,  anyone who wants can visit the Deep End Café (built on the site of the deep end of the former swimming pool) between 7 am and 5.30 pm, where connoisseurs of good food can breakfast healthily on granola yoghurt fruit pots or fresh fruit, and enjoy snacks such as tartlette au citron, panninis, cheese and tomato toasties, or the intriguing sounding flowerpot muffin! How does a cup of hot mocha chocolate or Fair Trade latte sound? This café will be open to the local community later this term, the hottest new spot in Dulwich! It won’t be just the water that’s sparkling when the locals find out what we’ve known for long time - that eating at JAGS is good!
