Tuesday 17 November 2009: Y1 Visit The Horniman Museum
Year One had a wonderful time today when they visited The Horniman Museum to support this term’s Science topic ‘Sounds and Hearing’. The children attended a workshop about musical instruments from around the world and had huge fun playing some of the instruments as a group. They also thoroughly enjoyed some of the other galleries, the Aquarium and the gardens.
