On Monday, 7th December, a woman called Sarah McIntyre visited JAPS.  She talked to us about drawing comics and showed us her first comic, which involved a sheep finding a piece of yarn.  He started knitted it, but then he realised he was knitting himself, and ended up with no wool on his body!

After that, Sarah gave out sheets on which we drew two characters and an object.  I drew an amoeba sized girl with very long hair called ‘Camicazi’.  I also drew an octopus called ‘Poctimus’, who was wearing a sombrero.  The object I drew was a pie.  Then we had to fill in the first panel of the comic and pass it on to our left.  That person did the second panel, and then we passed it again for the next person to do the third panel.  Then at the end, some of us read theirs out.  I got Sarah McIntyre to sign my comic.  It was a great visit!
