It could have been a struggle to persuade more than a hundred girls in ten different music ensembles to forego their Bonfire Night celebrations in favour of playing in a concert; fortunately the spectacular windows and glass spire in St Barnabas Church meant that we could appreciate the fireworks exploding round Dulwich; and all in time with the Music for the Royal Fireworks, naturally!
