Pre-Prep School

Arrival: The doors are opened at 8.30 am., at which time the children may go directly to their classrooms. All the children must be in school by 8.40 am. when registration takes place.

Assembly: - 8.50 am.

Departure: Reception - 3.15 pm. Year 1 - 3.20 pm. Year 2 - 3.25 pm.

Middle School

Arrival: Children go to their classrooms at 8.20 am. and all the children must be in school by 8.25 am. when registration takes place. However, children are welcome to arrive from 8.05 am. when a member of staff will be on duty to supervise them in the playground (or Inner Hall if the weather is bad). If children arrive before 8.05 am., their parents should stay with them until a member of staff arrives.

Assembly: - 8.35 am.

Departure: All the children finish afternoon lessons at 3.30 pm. Voluntary clubs go on until 4.15 or 4.30 pm.

Morning assembly is taken by the Headteacher, Head of the Pre-Prep School, Deputy Head or a member of the teaching staff or by a group of children. On some occasions parents are invited to our assemblies. The daily assemblies generally have a religious or moral message or a "thought for the day". Our assemblies are suitable for children of all faiths.

Lunch

Children have the choice of bringing in their own packed lunch or having a school lunch, the cost of which is added to the fees. The great majority of children opt for school lunch. Vegetarian food is available, as is milk at morning break.
