The U12, U13 and U14 netball teams played extremely well in the Surrey Netball finals in Epsom and the Year 7 team were successful in making it through to the semi final stage. They played some excellent netball and fought right up until the final whistle, eventually winning 7 – 4 against St George’s. They then faced St Catherine’s in the final. After a hard fought 14 minutes the score was 7 – 7 so extra time had to be played. The team gave it their all but unfortunately lost 2 – 3 in the final seconds, therefore finishing in 2nd place in Surrey. A fantastic achievement. Maddie Capstick, Ellen Rees, Izzy Graham, Emma Brown, Hattie Frizzelle, Katie Brown, Emily Travers, Anna Cardosa, Tarini Tripathi and Lisa Peterson received trophies for their 2nd place in Surrey.
