Well done to the Juniors and Intermediate teams (both pictured here) for an fantastic achievement in track and field events at the National Finals on Saturday 4 July. After a wonderful performance, the Junior team was placed 3rd overall and the Intermediates 10th. Katie Snowden, Year 10, smashed the championship record which has stood for 10 years for the 800m race. One of the juniors, Natasha Sinha, Year 7, also competed for Greenwich at the London Youth Games and we are delighted to hear  that she won the gold medal in the Aquathon (200m swim & 1Km run) for her age group. What a great start to the summer!
