FOOTBALL

2 teams from Year 7 and 8 took part in the Alleyn’s Girls’ Invitational Football Tournament. JAGS B team were in group 1 and played 4 exciting matches, in one of which Tosin Ade-Ajayi scored a hat-trick! JAGS B finished second in that group, but beat Bullerswood in the semi- final, so went through to the final.

In group 2 the JAGS A team again played 4 close matches and came first in group 2 so they were also through to the final.

So JAGS A had to play JAGS B in the final! It was a well fought game but in the end the JAGS A team won the tournament! You can see for yourselves the B team kept smiling – all good sports and noble in defeat!
