Groups of Y7 enjoyed exploring the school, measuring, counting, estimating, finding dates, all the time using mathematical skills. They estimated James Allen’s height, the area of the tiles in the Chemistry corridor, even the angle you can open a certain window amongst other things. Navika, Georgina and Clara loved finding out more about their school – now they know when Gustav Holst taught singing here - and they invented some interesting techniques to get some of the answers!
