On Friday 29th January 2010 six girls from Year 8 studying Italian took part in JAGS Multicultural Evening. They acted out the story of Little Red Riding Hood in Italian taking on the roles of Cappuccetto Rosso, the narrator, the hunter and so on. They put together the script with the help of their Italian teacher and took a couple of sessions in the Drama department to make sure their acting was up to standard. The final result was brilliant: although they had been studying Italian only for four months, they mastered their lines and achieved a very authentic pronunciation . All in all, a confident and entertaining performance that the audience seemed to enjoy very much.
