Trips Abroad

Rome 2008

40 Year 12 History students had a great five day trip to Rome over half term.  There were many highlights, including our visit to the Sistine Chapel and the Galleria Borghese and we also focused on Fascist Italy too, to support their AS History syllabus.

Rome 2007

30 Year 12 History students went for a four day trip to Rome in February to see the sights of the Ancient city and the Vatican as well as learn about Mussolini's Italy to complement their AS studies. They were fully immersed in Rome's many attractions, both cultural and culinary, and proved that blue skies and sunshine are not always necessary in order to enjoy the Eternal City.
