Reading Week 2006

This is undertaken every year with Dulwich College. A small group of 6th formers from both schools stay at the DC field centre in the Brecon Beacons for a week of seminars and discussion groups on many different aspects of history. We also visit places of local historical interest during the week including Hay-on-Wye.

During the last week of the summer holiday 2007, the History Department at JAGS in conjunction with Dulwich College organised a History reading week.  The idea is to encourage those students hoping to apply for History at university to have a week concentrating on just one subject in an intensive but enjoyable way.
