The Governors of the Charity which is James Allen’s Girls’ School present their annual report for the year ended 31 July 2007 under the Charities Act 1993, together with the audited accounts for the year. The accounts conform with the requirements of the Act and the Trust Deed, and also the Charities SORP 2005.
